Complete Settlement Process

  • Deposit of buyer’s earnest money
  • Sign documents
  • Title search, preliminary title report to buyer
  • Inspections
  • Removal of remaining contingencies
  • Prepare conveyancing paperwork for your lawyer
  • Buyer’s final walk-through of property
  • Meet with your lawyer to sign off on final documents including paying out any remaining adjustments, condo fees, and mortgage
  • Mortgage Funding/balance of funds from buyer
  • Transfer of title
