Warren Buffet recently topped Bill Gates as Forbes Magazine’s Richest Man in the World for 2008.  His famous quote ‘Be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy’ could not be more fitting today.  What I am seeing from buyers in the real estate market today is a pack mentality.  I hear things like “When people start buying again, I will look at buying”.  This is the wrong approach!  It’s the people brave enough to step away from that pack and take a risk that will profit from this market downturn in the long run.  There are bargains to be had out there right now.  Read this Op-Ed written by Warren Buffet himself and start planning your investment strategy.
